As we continue our dynamic expansion, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Retail Construction Projects) to join our team and manage the design, permitting, construction, and fit-out of our retail stores.
Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of retail store development projects, from site evaluation and negotiations through construction and store opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise negotiations, design, and construction processes for new store openings.
- Ensure investment projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
- Coordinate technical requirements and specifications with landlords and external partners.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets and timelines using MS Project and internal tools.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments of potential retail locations.
- Collect and manage all necessary project documentation required for design and permitting processes.
- Coordinate collaboration between landlords, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the process of obtaining permits, approvals, and required documentation from local authorities.
- Organize tender processes, evaluate contractor proposals, and support contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local construction and fit-out companies.
- Supervise site handovers from landlords and verify compliance with agreed technical specifications.
- Monitor construction and fit-out works, ensuring execution aligns with project documentation and company standards.
- Ensure project documentation complies with local regulations and legislation.
- Coordinate furniture production and installation activities.
- Manage orders and deliveries of project-related materials and services.
- Lead store handovers to Regional Sales Managers and provide support during store openings.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and invoice verification processes.
- Provide local support for project teams working across other countries.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Perform other project-related duties as required.
What we are looking for
Qualifications & Experience
- Secondary or higher education, combined with relevant professional experience in project management, construction, architecture, engineering, or retail development.
- 1+ years of experience in project management, construction, retail development, architecture, engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is considered an advantage.

- Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
