Regional Sales Manager for brand Sinsay (f/m)

Location: Croatia

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE:

We believe that setting expectations is an important key to success and productivity, so here is a short list of things we expect from you 

  • Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
  • Implementing the trade policy of the Sinsay brand in assigned region;
  • Managing the stores from the designated area by building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;
  • Conducting the recruitment of new Store Managers, development of team competencies, setting development goals, conducting the assessment of the efficiency of the managed team;
  • Management and control of the cost budget and operating within budget constraints;
  • Monitoring the right image, customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region;
  • Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
  • Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
  • Operational supervision of the achievement of sales targets on all managed stores;
  • Monitoring market changes, initiating improvements, and optimizing business processes;

REQUIRED PROFILE:

We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Regional Sales Manager. In addition to being adaptable and having a positive mindset, there is a particular set of skills we expect from an ideal candidate:

  • Has at least 2 years experience as a Store Manager position in the fashion industry (Regional experience would be a plus);
  • Has well-developed managerial skills; demonstrates entrepreneurship, dynamism, and is systematic and consistent in his/her actions;
  • Has the ability to prioritize, especially to handle multiple tasks in short periods of time; 
  • Can effectively build and motivate a team and take care of its development; 
  • Has well developed analytical skills, decision-making competence and excellent own work organization skills;
  • Is focused on achieving ambitious business goals; 
  • Holds a category B driving license, high mobility and readiness for frequent business trips;
  • Knows English at a level enabling easy communication, at least B2 level;
